Park Place at Wilton

Love it here, only been here for a few months, but apartments are beautiful, and Tenants I've met are all nice. Maintenance is also very nice, and quick to fix anything that breaks. Would suggest to anyone who asks.

I lived at Park Place in Wilton for almost a year until my boyfriend and I decided to terminate our lease early due to ongoing harassment from our neighbor. The issue started when she began complaining that our 8-pound cat was too loud at night. This neighbor lived next door to us—not downstairs—so noise from a small cat seemed unreasonable. Before she even began complaining about the cat, I had written her a note apologizing in advance for any potential inconvenience. Even before we got the cat, she had complained about our TV being too loud and about us simply walking around. We truly did our best to stay quiet and respectful. We informed the management staff about the harassment and explained that the neighbor had been approaching us in the parking lot and even waiting for us to come ho

Was interested in possibly becoming a tenant. Scheduled a tour. Arrived at property. No one in the rental office. Entered their community room (tiny). Reached out to the employee who scheduled our 1st meeting as nobody was available. Called her and thought I had just woken her up. Took the next 20 minutes asking the tenants that happened to enter the room if they liked living there. A tenant who lived there over 9 years said place had gone downhill. No maintenance on staff. No repairs made. Shotty at best. Nopers for me. And if you want to relax on your balcony looking at cars in a parking lot,this place is definitely for you! Yikes!!!! Definitely not a place I'd be proud to live in!

Great location and amenities. Pretty landscape. Beautiful apts. and reasonable rent. Brody (Tour Guide) was informative, helpful, and kind with a fabulous sense of humor.

While the apartments are nice, the pool is really only for little ones as it is only 3ft deep and the rent is increased significantly at each renewal. The increase is over 5% but since they give you 90 day notice, it's legal to do so. So if you are moving here, budget accordingly or budget a move at the end of your current 12 month lease. Management is not flexible at all nor responsive.
