Park Place at Reno

These photos are all taken this weekend and are circling not only students social media but all over Reno. Several students have mentioned this has been an ongoing issue for MONTHS. If you’re an out of town family/student looking around for student apartments, AVOID park place. Not only is it the MOST expensive student housing option, students are fined like crazy compared to others. Aside from the trash this place looks like a prison, it is 24/7 disgusting and hardly ever cleaned. Parking is insanely overpriced compared to other student apartments and there is a HUGE parking issue of finding a spot because they’re too cheap to repaint the lines, don’t enforce parking, and most likely oversell spots. I have lived at Park Place for 3 years now and I love it. It has great secuirty, location is awesome, and a great gym for snow days. I love the Park Place team. the staff is very helpful, I have had many staff including Jacob Villa help me get packages before closing and answer many of my questions when it comes to residency. Only commit Id make is about the trash cans being a hassle. Overall, a great experience. Love it here!

Terrible management at this building. Trash is constantly overflowing. They have an entire outdoor courtyard they keep locked at all times. They pressure students to renew their leases months in advance. Pathetic to see a people running a company scamming students.

Jakob was super helpful and he made the whole process smooth and was always quick to respond whenever we had questions. He even helped us out during move-in with moving furniture and making sure everything was set, which we really appreciated. Overall just a great experience and made moving in way less stressful.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and honestly have nothing good to say. My car was recently broken into in the garage. They should have had the garage gate locked to prevent this from happening, but it’s been open for months now. They advertise this great security system, but the doors are often unlocked and anyone could get in. As a girl in college, I do not feel safe living here.
