Park Place Apartments

The same day that I moved in, I had to leave IMMEDIATELY. There were roaches everywhere. The apartment itself was not cleaned efficiently. The refrigerator had dead and live roaches all over. As well as mold on the roof of the refrigerator. The bathroom was not up to par. There were a hole in the window which allowed all sorts of bugs to come in. The list goes on. On the upside, I did not sign my lease in which I was able to get a full refund and move to somewhere better suitable.

Resident since 2016 after reading reviews PARK PLACE APTS~ home to residents who are retired,veterans, and seniors who live in peaceful environment.. often times the complex get bad reviews from former or disgruntled residents. Ms.Maria and Mrs.Perez (property managers) are considerate caring staff who go above and beyond to assist resident and their concerns. Due to the pandemic their work have been backlogged numerous issues. roaches are product unclean residue left in apartments. Management been improving and implement new policies for new & current resident. Thank you Ms.Maria and Mrs.Perez for your update and Concern for residents @ Park Place Apartments

Infected with roaches, mildew and mold smell, hole in the roof. If you looking for a roof over your head good place you looking for a home some where to be fit years no not recommended at all

I would rate a 0 there is alot of roaches like if you move in throw a fog bomb and then any holes from the walls cover them they have bit all of my family including my baby its ghetto. ceiling dripping more like raining in my apartment had to throw out sterio systems couches furniture and cabinets for filled with mold as well as all of my kitchen and living room. it even started turning pink. the office solution was to paint it. didnt work then they blamed me for leaving the door open saying it was because of the humidity and my problem and with a baby living in mold. me and my husband wore only home around 7pm coming from work it cant be. New management came and they audited us saying we had to have all of our proofs of the money order slips. i didnt have for december. but they wornt eve

Horrendous as a Paralegal that live there.19 15months. Management NEVER answers or reply the emails. Never issues parking sticker at the moment of signing contract. So when towing company gets your vehicle, management replies to you like" you never asked for the stickers". They prey on the financially vulnerable tenants and pay very low wages to maintenance staff. Oppressive,poorly trained staff are the reflect of the owners. I rate -0.
