Park Place Apartments

This place is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. All neighbors are extremely friendly and take wonderful care of their areas. Animals are calm, and everyone is very friendly. It is a 'hidden' gem. Small complex with the ability to walk to the park or up to breakfast restaurants, gym, etc... Car wash next to complex as well. Units are a wonderful size, and very sound-proof. Lots of windows and high end appliances such as gas stoves and granite counters. Melissa the community director is absolutely wonderful and on-top of it all. Would recommend to anyone who likes a quiet and well-maintained complex with friendly neighbors. Thank you, Melissa and team for all you do!

Wonderful experience. Melissa has help me find a perfect apartment that is actually right about my mom which is amazing. My mom has stage 4 cancer and I love that I can be right near her now and be able to help, Melissa was patient, kind, and understanding. The apartment is beautiful and we love the smaller complex and location. Thank you so much for making the move a breeze and a great home life for my family!

The management is wonderful! Melissa is always very accommodating and makes sure all my requests are fulfilled. Maintenance is also awesome in completing jobs in a timely manner. During the winter, the snow removal is very reliable. Highly recommend!!

Love living here! Melissa is just so amazing and this is the first apartment I have lived at that they actually take care of the maintenance and knows what they’re doing! I had no hot water and the new maintenance guy came and it turned out to be our shower and luckily not the water heater! Plus, these places are so homey and they don’t feel like an apartment, I love it here..only thing I would change is my neighbors, just sayin😉.

The management is very accommodating and has been available when necessary. The maintenance has also provided the best service and very flexible. The parking area and sidewalks were also cleared of snow after each snowfall. Thank you Melissa & Hector you have made my living here a greater experience!
