Park Place Apartments

Lived here for 5 yrs., dated (which we didn't mind at all), very spacious, best price for the space compared to all the apartments in Redlands. They raised the rent only once in the 5 yrs., and the lease was on a month-to-month basis. Landlords Terra and Roger are the best, any request or concerns we had were taken care of. If highly recommend this place.

My wife and I lived at Park Place Apartments for three years and we loved this place. Roger and Tara are great managers. Every time we needed something, which was very rare, they took care of the issue quickly. Park Place is a peaceful complex. I grew up in Redlands and the complex is in a good part of Redlands and the rent is a good deal compared to other complexes. My wife and I recently moved to Texas, and we still stay in contact with Roger and Tara. They are great folks. If you are looking for a comfortable place to live, I am confident that you and your family will love Park Place Apartments.

I lived there for close to a year and I absolutely loved it! Great manager's and great neighbors! A lso, I loved the area. Would move back if the door opened.
