Park Place Apartments

not the best place we lived. the walls are very thin, we heard every word from the neighbors, and it wasn't too loud, it's just that the walls are really made of paper, the appliances are also kind of new but work so-so. The oven never keeps the temperature, the microwave sometimes heats up, sometimes not, also our washing machine was drowning the neighbors downstairs. of course it was nice to move into a new apartment and clean, where no one has lived before, so we left behind perfect cleanliness, because we understand this honestly in relation to these apartments, usually in previous apartments we received 100% of the deposit back + % additional but not here. we were returned half only because they thought they needed to change carpet. although we lived without animals, I hope they reall

As we are noticing an increase in tenants taking their dogs to grassed areas around the building rather than the fenced in dog area we provided. I would like to remind all pet owners to please use the fenced in dog area when taking your dogs outside. If we see you taking your dogs to prohibited areas, It will result in a fine/Infraction. I am also sending out a general reminder about having your animals on a leash when you are out and about. I have had a lot of complaints on dogs not being leashed. Again, If we see this is happening, you will be charged a fine/infraction. Lastly, I would like to remind tenants when you are taking out your garbage, Please thr

Moved in here recently. We’ve been settling in nicely! It’s very nice having in unit washer and dryer, which was the main thing I was looking for. Nice appliances, glass-top stove. Surprising amount of cabinetry and storage space even in a studio! Nice high ceilings that give you lots of room to work on going vertical with storage. They have hotel-like buggies with good outdoor wheels that make move in super easy, and less painful on the back!

Out of all of the apartments I’ve lived in- these are by far the best. Kayla and the maintenance are both wonderful. The apartments are clean and nice and quiet. All of the residents I’ve met have been very pleasant and friendly as well. I saw a review about nitpicking tenants and sending too many emails, but the emails are always a nice reminder of things such as snow plowing and garage cleanings. If you are looking for a place in redwing I would highly recommend park place. I’ve been here for a year and would absolutely extend my lease if it wasn’t an hour from my work.

Park Place Apartments in Red Wing are beautiful and a great place to move to. Very clean, friendly staff, and offer great amenities. We just moved in and found our move easy with the use of their bell carts and large elevator that can fit some big furniture in it. Love our experience so far!
