I would give no stars if that was an option. Wish I could agree with the other the reviews. I’ve been here since June and no problems with management at first. Then the new owners took over in July. Their biggest problem is communication. THERE IS NONE. We’ve had 6 or 7 different managers sine July. None who are willing to talk to residents or actually keep their posted office hours. From day one, getting an answer to anything is a major problem. First, was the lack of a working number for contacting management. The second was the new payment method which wasn’t told to residents until the 2nd of July, after rent was due (and paid by most). This led to months of daily reminders to pay a past due amount that was not really owed because management just couldn’t get the two systems to work t

Absolutely love the management here I live at their other location but have friends that live here at park place I think their doin an amazing job

I love the management here I live on their other property but come swimming here and every one is so friendly

I have friends that live here their apartment is huge and they have a nice pool very nice complex
