Park Place Apartments

I've lived at Park Place for the past 13 years and it's been a great experience. The residence office staff are always professional and the maintenance crew are always timely and proficient! I love the peaceful and quiet surroundings of Park Place, I love that it's my home!

Stan the man was one of the best leasing agents we have ever encountered. Very nice, positive attitude, and the apartments look amazing and can’t wait to move in!

I want to say that once again Southern Management has not failed me! From Ms. Brown in the corporate office, Stan in leasing and the assistant manager (sorry I forgot your name) each of them handled me with professionalism and care and you can tell it was genuine. From before my move in until move in day it has been quality service. I was very pleased with my apartment. Everything was nice and clean. I love the quietness of my building. location and cleanliness . Customer service was exceptional! ❤️

Nice size rooms, nice leasing agents, nice community area but no valuable amenities. A small gym room in a building for everyone but no pool, no business center etc. Very restrictive parking rules for guests if tenants
