If I could give one star I would. Find another rental company to rent from, because this company will find reasons not to give you your deposit back. Always remember to take pictures so you can present to your lawyer in the event they find false reasons to deduct. My family gave them a house back in a better condition that was given to us and they found reasons to deduct. They charged us for blinds that came to us damaged in the downstairs bedroom, they lied and said their was damage to the master bedroom blinds. While we were occupants the garage went out and was replaced and when that was done we were given 1 garage opener, yet in move out are being deducted for it!!!
