Do not move here it is awful. The leasing office will tell you the wrong unit number when you come do your tour so random people will just walk into your home unexpectedly if you've not locked the door back after bringing in groceries. But not only randomly but maintenance as well! Even if you say please hold on if your door isn't locked boom its opened nevermind if you have pets. If you do have pets all the dogs that are allowed to freely roam off leash will charge at ypu and your dog! So fun. The dog park is unusable unless early morning week days bc instead of walking their dogs people just stick them there.The trash compactor doesn't work but the dumpster they have is always surrounded by trash bags around the bottom of it. I leased an apartment here for a year. When my lease was about to expire I went to the office several times to inform them that I would not be renewing my lease and they said they had updated the system and that everything was good on my part. I handed them the gym key and told them everything was left clean but they refused to give me my deposit back. I asked why and their response was they switched leasing companies and they wouldn’t give us our deposit back. Then a few months later a collections agency started calling, harassing my husband and I demanding we pay almost a months worth of rent because the apartment complex changed the day of our last day leasing there and we had no knowledge so we were sent to collections. We were given a filthy/roach infested unit and lied to by staff. We were “tenants” for maybe 30 minutes before giving them back the keys and getting our money back. We applied for unit 613 back in May for move in 7/8. The move in date was pushed back to 7/22 because Luz said we would be getting new carpet and new stainless steel appliances. They pushed the move in date again to 7/30 to address a “small” pest issue. The small pest issue was not small at all. There was many roaches in every part of the apartment. Including the air filter that looked like it hasn’t been replaced in 10 years. There was urine/feces all over the toilet, residue on the counters/walls/doors, many stains on the carpet, dishes left in the broken dishwasher, the fridge had crumbs and sticky substance. This residential complex has become uninhabitable. There are a lot of cockroaches, the kitchen wood is very old, and the floor carpets are old and worn out. Also, the new employees' treatment is very bad and the raises are unjustified. I do not recommend living here.
