Juan Carlos came to my apartment the first day assist the problem told me that he would be back and he actually came but only did he return he did it excellent job now I can watch dishes and cook food. I’m sincerely grateful for his professionalism and his punctuality.. thank you

Please…. For your own sake, do yourself a favor and do not come here … I had to update my review just to say that my car has been broken into 5 times! I swear on everything I love I’m not exaggerating.. 5 times… The gate is NEVER fixed. I’ve asked for a gate remote through writing since they never answer the phone ether . This place is so 1 star that I’m working so hard to move out of here. Yearly maintenance?? They didn’t even throughly check the place , the man came in here for 10 secs and said “okay. All good” there’s terrible infestation of wasp nests, people leave there garbage out by the dumpster , rowdy neighbors that I’ve had to call the cops on because there were domestic violence going on. An elderly Lady had to go to the hospital so the 1st responders came and broke the window

The office stuff has been great to work with. Brenda is very professional, responsive and always willing to help. Maintenante has also been excellent.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The amenities are amazing, and it really feels like home. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for fixing my stove today. I call in the morning and by the afternoon it was fixed. All maintenance and lead maintenance are nice and polite and they work very fast.
