Park on 14th Apartment Homes

Monique did a fantastic job giving me a tour of the property. It was very impressive. They offer really nice floor plans with wonderful finishes in each of the rooms. Lots of space and Lots of beautiful windows. The views I saw were also great. The only downside is that they don’t offer covered or garage parking.

Both Monique & Amani were the greatest of help to me. Any questions that I had were answered right then & there with great detail. It's so nice to come in to a complex & the staff is so professional and knowledgeable about their building. I'm currently not ready to lease right now but I will definitely be back when it is time, but for some reason I have a feeling that there won't be any units available because of those two young ladies working in that front office.

I scheduled an appointment twice to tour the location. The first time, I was contacted only 30 minutes before arriving to be told that no one would be on site. We rescheduled for two days later. When I arrived, the office was completely inaccessible, no lights, door closed and I received no phone call notifying me of a cancellation. It was an absolute no-show on a freezing day (Today). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to reach out via call, text, and even spoke with their text operator. Customer service responded, "Let me reschedule your community tour. Would you prefer a morning or afternoon appointment tomorrow? We have availability at 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM." seriously!! I asked for a call back, they replied “I’ll have a colleague reach out to you as soon as possible to ass
