I ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP. I have put in multiple work orders for the same issues. I call and visit the office in request for work orders and maintenance will mark them as complete without even coming to the apartment unit. I have lived here almost two years (first year in a 3rd floor unit apt and this year i transfered to 1st floor unit) and i can count on one hand the number of months that i have had working AC. AC does not work during summers at all. Power goes out for hours if it lightly rains or if it is just windy outside. Building breaker boxes around the property always wide open. This place used to be at least decent when the previous management had it. The new management took over and in a short amount of time they made some changes. Some of the changes were good but then they made changes that actually hurt the residents. I had my car towed twice by the towing company they use. The first time it was towed it was because I was told I didn’t register with the tow company. I went and got my car out and had some business I had to do. I parked in the visitors spot until I could find out how to register my vehicle and they came and towed it out of the visitors spot. The thing that was so suspicious is that shortly after my car was towed another car conveniently parked in that spot. These apartments started off amazing now they’re full of crap, the new management for sure, whoever idea it was to implement “towing” is incompetent.. my car was stolen in the very apartments where towing is enforced but not safety. The very next week my neighbor car was stolen, she was super smart brother her lease without any penalties. When my car was stolen I went into the office to get the footage, it was literally pulling teeth even the officers was displeased with the lack of professionalism. So not only do you have worry about your safety or your car being stolen, you have to worry about… if your car tag isn’t properly visible car towed If you fail to register your car in time car towed If you miss a step while registering car towed Parked on the line car towed P.s and you pay $15

This place is GARBAGE so is the management team. My window was busted took them 3 weeks for them to repair. Took them 2 weeks for my broken dryer to be replaced. Also 2 months of being here my car rims and tires were stolen and they told me they didn’t know the 4 digit pin to review security footage. Onetime I locked myself out of my apartment and they told me to give them my ID which I didn’t have on me but I had a digital copy of it on my phone so I showed it to her and she was trying to hold my phone as collateral just to get my door unlocked or I’d have to go get a cashiers check for $10 to get another key. They hired a 3rd party vendor to come clean dryer vents and they came into my apartment without notice and stole a $1200 gold chain out of my apartment. I repeat don’t move here

Worse place to live , car got broken into , my tires were almost stolen , dog poop everywhere. They literally refuse to get security and the amenities are horrible here pool has been closed for over half a year now . Management is not good , apartment I got was also not even in best condition smells like smoke. Highly don’t recommend not living here it’s a nightmare
