I rented here. The owner is very responsive and easy to contact. The doormen are wonderful, warm, and helpful. The super helped us about a leak that was coming through our ceiling and wall but was limited in what the he could help us with. The location experiences a LOT of traffic noise, the most I've ever experienced. I did not take that into account for my stars because it is not the apartment itself's fault.
