Park Lake Apartments

Firstly Sadie and Zach were both amazing to work with. Secondly people should know that you can’t believe everything you read on the internet. Out of all the negative reviews I have yet to find anything true about them. These apartments are beautiful renovated and they have done a great job. Every community you’re gonna have your problem people who just want to destroy the good that a community is trying to do. We love our new apartment and have yet to have a single issue. If your complaint about price you should ask yourself if you can afford it before you apply and leave a negative review. This community is great and we are so glad we chose park lake to call home.

I could not get "approved" to live here bc their petscreening company br0ke the Iaw, refuses to address it, or approve my housing and the landlord....has allowed it. I have referred Park Lake and Petscreening company, with documents, to HUD for review. This review here was my lived and documented experiences in trying to rent from this place. Ultimately, I was never "aIIowed" to rent here, and Park Lake is bIaming it on their hired third party Petscreening company, when documentation shows Park Lake continued to tour the apartment AFTER I passed all, multiple approvals on the Park lake side, signed an initial lease with 2 pets, then a second lease with them corrected as ESA animals. Park Lake ran my good credit, income, background, etc to get approved. Then I provided all documentation to

I did not like they only give you a six month Lease and in six months they will raise the rent. And did I know how much they're gonna raise it to. So is six months I will my head to move , so it did not move into that apartment

Scheduled a walk through tour and told them about a few factors that worried me on if i would be approved or not. Was told by the worker that it was "no problem at all!" Not "shouldnt be" but "was" no problem, indicating objectivity. I was subsequently denied and told "yep sorry cant do anything!" Disgusting and unethical practices of discrimination.
