Then we accepted an offer but the buyer bécame deshonest and difficult but Erik stayed on top of the situation every day and helped clear trash from the property and spend his own money to ensure a peaceful closing. Erik helped us sell our multifamily property that was a combination of a duplex, a 4 plex and a large vacant lot. We wanted to do "owner carry financing" with specific terms and that was nonnegotiable. He got us great buyers with a great offer, but their realtor was a great big jerk! He was insulting, pompous, unprofessional and just hard to deal with. But Erik handled everything so well. Using lots of diplomacy, negotiation, and great communication skills, Erik got us to the closing table with a great deal.
