Park Hill Hollywood has done a complete turnaround and it shows the moment you step on the property. The new management and ownership have truly elevated the entire community, and it finally feels like a place that is being run with structure, care, and real professionalism. The Property Manager is absolutely amazing, attentive, organized, and actually present. You can tell there is strong leadership now. Any concerns are addressed quickly, communication is clear, and there is a genuine effort to keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained. That level of accountability is rare these days, and it makes a huge difference for residents. The facility itself looks better and better. The grounds are being maintained, common areas are cleaner, and you can see the consistency in the upkeep.

Love living here - the application process was super easy and quick and the on-site staff is amazing, super helpful. Also, the renovated apartments are gorgeous and better than anything in the area. Def recommend.
