Park Hill Apartments

If I could give this review negative stars, I would. Please do not move into this place. If you value your electronics kiss them goodbye because they will be infested with roaches within the first month. the place is extremely dirty. The faculty staff and front office are very incompetent and lazy The neighbors are extremely noisy, rude, and messy. Only time you’re able to get a good parking space is in the morning when everyone leaves for work. I repeat do not move here if you do not want roaches you have been warned. This place has really been hell for me stressing me out and just making me very uncomfortable with living here.

Been here for a year now and I have to say it's my best apartment living experience. The staff (Patricia) is very helpful and is willing to answer any questions or try her best to fix your issue. If you need something fixed maintenance usually comes the next day. I really like this place and hope it continues the way it is.

Cozy living and very safe and friendly neighborhood. The management and staff were very nice and responsive. Especially Patricia would always check on what is needed to ensure all is good. I couldn’t have had a better landlord than Patricia. Thank you very much and keep up the good work!

My disabled husband and I have lived here almost a year. We have had just a few problems like no heat during the winter. Maintenance worked on it several times but I finally just bought a small heater. The neighbors play loud music outside most of the weekend and our upstairs neighbor is very loud for hours and just today came out and sprayed me and another neighbor with something while we were talking and went back inside. Our packages got delivered to the wrong apartment and the office tried to get the person to return it but they wouldn't. Over all this is a nice place to live.

I have been here at Park Hill apartments for a year now and I have loved my experience all the way around. The service staff and management are very polite and they get the job done quick. Nothing but great things to say an out management and maintenance staff. The apartments are very nice for their price and affordable for a young person on a limited income like me. My year lease is up in February and I look forward to signing for another 15 months here in my lovely home!
