I have completed my lease here now I got a notice of $756 while some of the already paid like water bills but still they added into this notice. Strongly not recommend this property full of roaches and bugs, spiders…very old and dirty property….even property has very bad smell as it is old. GO ANYWHERE BUT NOT THIS PROPERTY…OR RENT IT AND YOU WILL Remember ME FOR WHOLE YEAR.
I lived here for about 2 years. Off the bat, I had multiple maintenance requests for things that should’ve been taken care of before I took possession: carpet had spots, shower head kept flying off of the wall, the stove caught on fire when I turned it on, roaches. I was told that my appliances would all match and I had three different colors like they just threw whatever in there. My downstairs neighbors changed 4 different times. One of them sat at home with his boys and smoked pot all day, so my apartment smelled like pot when we got home in the evenings. One of the other ones had about 8 people living in a 800 sq ft 2/1 and they were always noisy. Every time it rained, the parking lot would be under a few inches of water. The units are in desperate need for a makeover. They try to kee
I’ve only lived here for a couple of months, but I have to say I’m really impressed so far. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I haven’t had any issues with parking, noise, or pests—no bugs or raccoons. The neighbors are friendly, and there have been no police visits. They’ve hosted several events for residents, with free food and a DJ—it’s wonderful to see so many families turn out. This has been a complete 180 from my last apartment in Tampa.
This place is... extremely okay. When we first moved in, many things weren't working as they should: the storage door and front door didn't fit into their doorframes properly, the outlets were falling out of the walls, one of the blinds was broken, one of the bathroom fans broke and fell, etc. But the maintenance people were great and fixed them all. A few times they forgot to come over though. Honestly I would have renewed my lease if they let us keep the same internet plan. It's not THAT bad, but it's not luxurious. Pros: -great location (lots of food options, grocery stores, recreational activities nearby) -pretty inexpensive -has a small fitness center -pool -tennis court (it's not maintained well though) -washer & dryer in unit as well as laundry center -the maintenance people are go
I lived in this apartment complex for a year and would have renewed my lease if I wasn't moving for work. I lived in a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor near the leasing office. I primarily worked with Dafiny who was very friendly and helpful, I was impressed she always remembered my name. She helped me with multiple lease/maintenance questions I had throughout my time there. Pros: - I felt safe. I was near the leasing office so there was more foot traffic/visibility, but in general the complex was quiet. Security makes rounds in cars/golfcarts at night and usually waved when they saw me. - Maintenance responded promptly for emergency requests (I had a couple AC issues which were resolved) and were always professional. - No pest issues - I had the occasional centipede. - Lands
