I visited this property today and met with Leah. Leah was very professional. She showed me their upgraded and classic units. Thoroughly explained the differences in layout and pricing. She made sure to put everything in writing so that I didn't have to remember all of the information provided. Lastly, she went into detail about all costs, including valet, homeowners insurance, and utilities. This showing was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to becoming a resident at Park at Kennesaw Apartments.

Miss Leah was an AMAZING tour guide! She showed me around the area and told me about the community! This is definitely one of the top places I recommend living here and having her as your tour guide! She was so sweet as well! She offers hospitality snacks and juice for the people who are touring! Best believe I grabbed an apple juice! :)

This review was overdue. I lived at Park at Kennesaw apartments for just over 5 years, and have only great things to say. Probably the best property management and maintenance experience I've had as a tenant. They were always quick to respond and professional. The area is quiet and well maintained, and the location is great. I will miss this place—we only moved out because of our family needs, but otherwise I would've been happy to stay longer. Would easily recommend it to a friend.

Moving into a new apartment can be stressful, and I’ll admit I didn’t have much experience with the process. I was probably a bit difficult at times just because I didn’t know what to expect. But the staff here was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding — not just with me, but with my son as well. The ladies in the leasing office went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. I’m truly grateful for their support and the way they made our move-in experience so smooth. Thank you for making us feel welcome and taken care of!

I came along with bf for a tour with Leah J & we had a great experience. She was so kind, transparent, detailed & informative. The community has nice landscaping, it seems like the units had fresh paint jobs, it was a quiet environment, we liked the flow of the layouts & they had cool amenities. It’s definitely high on our options especially after the tour. Thanks Leah ✨
