Park at Bellaire Apartments

I had a very pleasant experience with Ana in their leasing office. She was very professional, VERY NICE, and was very willing to work with me in renting. I see a lot of petty reviews here, and most are unwarranted. There are decent amenities, in a decent area, and a brand new public park is being developed across the street. If all goes well, I will be a resident here. And the credit goes to Ana for sealing the deal on my apartment decision. Thank you Ana for a very warm welcome in the application process!

I lived at this complex for 1 year and I am glad to have moved out. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. I have several valid reasons. 1. They are always having hot water problems. The whole time I lived there I never consistently had hot water. During the winter I always had to boil watern in order for me and my son to shower. Even the day I left there still wasn't any hot water. 2. They have a rat problem. I had a rat in my apartment. They charge for pest control and never even sprayed. 3. I had a clogged sink and it over flowed my sink every time the people upstairs used their water. I had to keep draining the sink myself. It was all over the floor and they let it be that way for 2 days. I kept having to go and say something until they ended up going to fix it. My floor was so

Went on a tour. The staff member I interacted with was oddly condescending given the quality of the apartments 😂 Model unit was in bad condition + smelled like dog 💩 and urine! That should tell you how much pride they take in these lackluster apartments. Definitely wouldnt recommend even contacting them

I have been here since April and Miss Anna and the young lady are always so sweet and anytime I put a request in for anything it's done asap always. Never had any issues here. Safety is good and a very quiet property

I drop food to my aunt apt. When I come back to the parking lot, my car is gone less than 5 min. The apts. Got business with the toll truck the manager get some comision from the toll truck company. You can't visit your family on this property. Bad management. I recommend my aunt a d some friends leave this property when they have a chance.
