I've found Park Assets to be exceedingly unprofessional and now just unresponsive. Over the course of a year I've been trying to resolve something that should take mere minutes of their time yet to no avail. I spoke to Sabrina, Nicholas, and I believe someone named Kevin, all directing me to elsewhere whereas unbiased third parties have told me it takes the sellers agents 3-5 minutes to correct the listing/web page. There is clear lack of care or competence, or both. I hope someone higher up from the company can reach out to assist.
