Park & Arbor

Wonderful apartment complex! Noah was so attentive and helpful with all the paperwork and moving process. He even held packages for me before my move in date. I couldn’t have done it without him! A very warm and welcoming community at Park And Arbor, I’m looking forward to meeting the neighbors and enjoying all the shops and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, my experience touring Park & Arbor Apartments in Old Tappan was extremely upsetting, primarily due to the condescending and arrogant behavior of the leasing agent, Alexandra. From the very beginning, it was clear that she had little interest in giving us her time or treating us with basic courtesy. When I explained that I had not seen her email because I was working, Alexandra responded with a dismissive and patronizing tone rather than any understanding. Instead of welcoming us or setting a professional tone for the tour, she made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a prospective resident. My family and I recently moved in to a unit here while we have construction done at our home. Noah was the leasing agent who showed us around. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful and is an asset to the community.

I usually don’t leave Google reviews and I consider myself a pretty tolerant person, but there are too many issues here that people should know about. First, the building itself is fairly new and the facilities are very clean. There’s a staff member who cleans every day and they really work hard. But there are some serious problems that need to be fixed as soon as possible. On weekends and at night, there’s no staff on site. That means anyone can get in if a resident happens to open the door for them. Recently, the fire alarm went off and there was no staff around at all, and the manager was gone. In the end, one of the residents had to open the door so the firefighters could get in, and even then they had to use the emergency stairs. Word is already spreading in the community that this

From Day1, I have been made to feel welcome by point person, Jason Russo and a few days later, by Lexi Escobar. Jason had been most helpful initially with the myriad forms I had to fill online and taking me on a tour of the complex. Lexi also provided support in completing the paperwork' that had to be submitted, Just as important? The amenities (pool, gym and rec room) are top of the line. The entire complex is neatly groomed. I am so glad I decided to stay at Park and Arbor. If you are looking for a place to stay, look or read no further than this review. You won't regret it. Leo
