Park 151

Living at Park 151 has been a great experience. The building is nice and well maintained, but what really makes a difference is the staff. Tim at the concierge is always very friendly and welcoming. Every time I come down in the morning, he fills my day with good energy and a positive attitude. It really makes the building feel more like home. Thank you Tim for always being so kind and helpful.

We have been living in Park 151 for a year now. The reasons for us to choose Park 151 were amenities and space. The building has spacious rooms for hosting event and self-studying, full-equipped gym, and yoga. Talking about our apt, it is full of natural light which is very important for me who work from home. They have a good concierge team as well. Specifically, Tim, he is the great person - very friendly and very helpful. Every morning when we walk pass-by , he always smile and says hi. He goes beyond to help us out when we need help.

Highly recommend Park 151! I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The building is well maintained, and the staff and concierge team are always friendly and helpful! Shane and Tim in particular are wonderful and always have a smile on their faces. They are the best! There is practically 24/7 concierge coverage, security cameras throughout the building, and controlled access for entry and elevators, which adds a strong sense of security. I also like that you can generate temporary access codes for delivery drivers. The amenities are great, including the pool (which has a great view), gym, work spaces, and game areas. Love this building and the neighborhood! Everyone from the property team is super friendly - Shane is always there to provide timely support, and everyone from the concierge team is welcoming and helpful! The notification system and email communication are timely and makes us tenants feel informed and aware of anything in the building (namely the adorable events that happen for different occasions)! Highly recommend!

Jennifer Wang is the best agent! She made leasing such a smooth and stress free experience. I felt super welcomed from the moment I stepped in her office. She’s beyond nice, professional, answers questions patiently and responds to emails promptly. I would 10/10 recommend working with her! :)
