Park 120 Oak Hills

My husband and I had such an amazing experience living at Park 120! Over the years, I/we lived in two different apartments here, and both were beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The community is very safe and secure, which gave us so much peace of mind. Maintenance is always quick, efficient, and kind. The office staff is just as wonderful: friendly, professional, and communicative every step of the way. We couldn’t recommend Park 120 more highly to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-run place to call home. Thank you for making our time here so enjoyable!

FUTURE RESIDENCES BEWARE!! Before move in this place to the naked eye seemed great! However, after a veryyy long year of living here this place has slowly became a nightmare. The “litigation fees” whenever I did reside here were absolutely ridiculous as this wasn’t disclosed upon signing the lease so please be aware you will be charged a monthly fee for whatever this company deems is necessary and it’s labeled as such! Also the residency itself, the dog park is completely left with poop and pee smell is EVERYWHERE!! as well as the garage area and near entrance ways even having a distinct smell. They need to do better when it comes to the actual units itself, felt very thrown together last minute and almost like “patch work” but this wasn’t able to be discovered until after move in! The man

My husband and I have loved living at Park120. Right from the beginning our experience has been nothing but pleasant! Here at Park120, all of the staff, from the women in the office, to the gentleman that assist with repairs and upkeep of the complex, have been kind and always willing to help. When we have had to put in a maintenance order, the gentleman are on top of it and are always there the same day, or a day later. They do not delay their response and are easy going and explain what they will be doing. The women in the main office are always kind and willing to talk and laugh. They answer any questions/concerns with professionalism.l and treat each person with respect and dignity. Each of the women are approachable and fun to speak with personally as well. I had a lovely experience here! The environment is quiet and I felt safe. The landlord and the office employees were always of great help. 10/10.

Booked a tour to view this complex and their amenities. On immediate impression, all the leasing agents were off standish; it felt like we were an inconvenience to start off. I couldn't even tell you whose name it was who lead our tour... she was not professional nor friendly in her demeanor. She barely wanted to answer any questions, as if she wanted the tour to be over with already. I did not feel welcome nor did my partner who was also looking forward to the tour. The apartments look nice but as most of us know, the management in any service or company is a solid indicator of how well you'll be treated and how your residential needs will be handled. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, unwelcoming and it's a sense of relief we dodged a bullet with this one.
