Parchment Point Townhomes & Apartments

September 2025 we were working with a leasing agent named Don when we applied for a 3 bed room townhouse. He informed us that there wasn’t any 3 bed rooms available and we could join the waitlist. When we were approved he stated we need $1200 to hold our spots on the waiting list ( he insured us we where #1 on the list that’s why we went ahead and put the deposit down with no move in date). Fast forward to December I hadn’t heard anything from the leasing office so I called just to see what the status was. When I called Don was no longer in the office and now it was someone named Alexis. I stressed the fact that we had $1200 invested in this and we needed a move in date. ( which they still couldn’t provide) Alexis then informed me that the $1200 deposit fee is normally non refundable!!! (

I wanted to say that I have never had anything but positive experiences with Susan and Jeff at Parchment Point Townhomes & Apartments. I have enjoyed doing business and their professionalism. I look forward to continuing servicing their appliance needs in the future.

5 months we resided here. Brian was Manager when moved in and he was great. He had no support from corporate. Neighbors treat the place like a trash dump. Halls loaded with trash... parking lot and trash all over by dumpsters. Now Tiffany is the Manager... Office is always locked she never answers the phone it's the worst place. Maintenance request took over 2 months once she came on board. Still waiting for a door that was ordered a month ago but told it would be 3 days .And if you love the smell of weed then move in to building 400 you'll get a contact just from opening the entry hall. Absolutely no water pressure but you pay ridiculous amount for it. This is just the start of the issues here. When it rains the gutters don't exist. Our patio is washed out from the rain and almost 2 foo

I been living here since 2016 and never had a Maintance man better then the one we have now. He is very nice, Professional, Respectful, He really cares about his job and your home. He make sure he communicate with you about your work order. He just an amazing guy and thankful for having a Maintance man like him.

Susan, the office manager, she is amazing!!! Very sweet! Helpful, and works with whatever situation you are in for the better! So in love with my new apartment!
