Parchaus at Celina Parkway

What isn’t there to say about ParcHaus Celina… we absolutely LOVE this place! We’re five months into our lease and truly couldn’t be happier. A huge shoutout to the incredible leasing team! Kristle has made our experience here so wonderful. She’s always communicative, quick to answer any questions, and such a genuine people person. We initially toured with another agent who gave us a fantastic first impression, but Kristle truly sealed the deal for us. They were also incredibly accommodating with our service dogs and welcomed us right into the ParcHaus family. OH MY GOSH!! EVERYTIME I GO INTO THE OFFICE THEY ARE SO HELPFUL. I love living here, because of all of the office events I got to meet some real genuine friends. Ray literally is the sweetest and always checks up on me whenever I may have a concern. And dont get me started on Crystal, she is the best. She makes me feel so comfortable and like a queen. They are truly so welcoming and treats every resident as if we’re family. Which is exactly how I feel. Like family. I definitely recommend!!!

I have been here for just 1 month, but I cannot say enough good things about ParcHaus Celina. From my 1st meeting with Christle and Jamie, and now Rae, I have been made to feel welcome and had a very smooth move in experience. My townhome was in excellent condition when I moved in, and the feeling of community is fantastic. Nice neighbors, peace and quiet, and I can't wait for Summer to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Yes, more Visitor parking is needed, but all in all a great experience so far!

Just moved in last month and everything so far has been great at Parchaus. I had my doubts and concerns based on the reviews, which all seem to have been from when the previous Parchaus staff was here, but I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Rae, who I know started recently and has really put in a lot of effort to improve all the concerns from older reviews. The community is very quiet, clean, considerate of others, and literally everyone I’ve met here is super kind.

I like this property very much. It’s quiet and very safe. The amenities are on point. Pool, dog park, gym, playground, clubhouse, all great and clean. Maintenance department is always ready to help. Tommy the maintenance supervisor is responsible and reliable and very knowledgeable about the property. I give that guy “Tommy” a 5 star review. I recommend living here. With Celina growing fast here is a great start. Schools are close and HEB not far away and a new Walmart about to open five minutes away. Very convenient living.
