PARC3400 Luxury Apartments

We have been tenants here since 2019 and we are absolutely happy with the complex. Anamaria and the entire team are simply amazing! They have been a huge support to us through the years. Any issues or inquiries that we had were addressed with so much care and attention. We are so grateful for their continued guidance, assistance and support. It is always an absolute pleasure communicating with them :) We are happy to call this place our home for 7th year in a row.

My parents moved in Parc roughly seven years ago. I visited them quite a few times and stayed with them for weeks. Needless to say that they were so happy when they first moved in! The community is very peaceful and I absolutely enjoyed my stay there as well. From time to time I call the management office if I have some questions or if I need some assistance on behalf of my parents. I must say that Ms. Anamaria and Mr. Garven are so great at what they do! Whenever we needed some help regarding the apartment, the web portal or anything else rental-related, they were always there to help. They are so detail-oriented when it comes to any of our inquires. On so many occasions they remembered small details about our apartment, things like "oh we know your dishwasher was fixed a few weeks ago" e

Not only are these apartments beautiful, but the management team is AMAZING, which is crucial to have a successful living experience. Tanja and Anamaria truly care and will do anything they can to help you. Maintenance is always on top of things, never delaying anything. Garvin and Arnaldo are also great, helping with anything needed in the moment. My family and I are truly blessed for these individuals at Parc3400.

So far so good! The community is clean and safely gated. This location is centralized but it doesn’t give off urban as much as other locations I toured before my move. The appliances are in good condition and the apt has been very well kept. The move-in process was seamless. Ana, the leasing assistant manager, provided a smooth & positive experience. Her charismatic personality and caring demeanor ease my stress throughout the process. She greeted me be saying “Welcome home!” with a smile which was priceless during this overwhelming period of relocation. Thank you !!

Tanja, Anamaria, Garvin and Arnaldo are all WONDERFUL! They are so helpful and caring! It is such a safe place to live as well. The apartment flooring, kitchen and entire space is just so GREAT!! Definitely recommend Parc3400!
