Parc West Apartments

I have lived at Parc West for a few months now, and I have so far loved living here. I have a beautiful floorplan with amazing views. My neighbor's have been kind and welcoming so far. The management team has been great to work with, both Isaiah and Sam are on top of things and have taken great care of me. Their maintenance team is amazing here and take care of any issues I have very quickly. I love the location, it feels very central to anywhere that I want to go so that is a huge plus for me. I'm very satisfied with my choice to call Parc West my home. I've included some pictures of my amazing view 😍

I’ve lived here for two years, and my experience has been mostly positive. I would definitely live here again. Maintenance was quick to respond to any issues—especially with my washer, which had ongoing problems until they eventually replaced it with a new one! The amenities were great and consistently clean. I really enjoyed the community events, from wreath-making to workout classes. The office team has always been pleasant, and Sam was especially helpful during my transition to move (due to work relocation). He answered all my questions about extending my lease by a couple of months. The location is convenient, with easy access to the highway. One downside is that the walls can be a bit thin—you can sometimes hear hallway conversations or footsteps from the unit above. I lived above a

Abby was absolutely amazing! She gave us such a thorough and welcoming tour of the community and really took the time to answer all of our questions. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and exciting rather than rushed. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and the community. I would highly recommend asking for Abby if you’re touring — she made a great first impression and went above and beyond!

I have loved living at Parc West. I was in a bit of a crunch and needed to move in fast and they made it possible. Isaiah was amazing to work with and helped me get into an apartment quick and easily. Thank you Isaiah! The maintenance team is incredible. They are quick and efficient. I was locked out of my apartment in the middle of the night and called them and they came within minutes to help me get back in. Thank you Maintenance team! :) This complex has been amazing, and I will be back soon!

The move-in process was quick and efficient; I got into my apartment within a day after applying. The front office staff is accommodating and very helpful. The complex is quiet and clean, and has excellent amenities. The location of the complex is also close to myriad restaurants and entertainment centers within Draper and beyond. I’d highly recommend Parc West if you’re looking for an apartment in the greater SLC metro area.
