Parc Vistas

Living at parc vista has been one of the most uncomfortable experiences i've came across. The community is very noisy. the units are awfully small for almost 2.5k monthly. They have dog feces laying everywhere. Such an inconvenient place to park and enjoy a nice time with family. Its so chaotic to live there. I do not recommend this complex to anyone. The manager Dalvis is such unpleasant person over all. Just the way he speaks lets you know he thinks he owns the place. I am so unhappy with my living experience at this place. I am so happy I found somewhere else to live so much more welcoming and less chaotic. Trust me you will not be able to enjoy living here. Rent somewhere else!!!!

The process they have is not precise. I’ve worked in the apartment industry for years the reviewing system is bad. I was highly interested in these apartments due to the convenience of the warehouses next door to run my business. We submitted our documents from pay stubs and our business income from bank statements that exceeded the amount of $4,800 which is required. I don’t think I have to say much more. Just take a look at the reviews of sister property across the street that’s ONLY! been there for a year. New properties with 2 star rating! They will reach full occupancy but the longevity of this complex services says a lot.

Great management. Always clean, very peaceful environment.

Nice apartments. Location is not attractive or ideal. Looks like there could be a lot of seedy characters lurking around. The other side of the street are industrial/manufacturing businesses. We were going to pursue but the location is just not suitable for a young single female. Also they do not have any amenities like a pool, exercise facility, etc.
