When we arrived at Parc Roundtree, Kendra was already assisting a future resident, had someone else waiting, and then welcomed us for our scheduled tour. Despite being so busy, she handled everything smoothly and professionally. Her kindness stood out right away and you could tell that no matter how busy she was, she was genuinely happy to help. I’ve been apartment hunting for about a month, and out of all the places I visited, this one stood out the most mainly because of Kendra. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and full of positive energy. You can tell she truly enjoys her job and takes pride in helping people. Even when she’s very busy, she still makes the effort to follow up and make sure you don’t feel forgotten. She is honestly the reason I chose this place. Kendra was amazing and gave me a great tour! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. The community has so much to offer, and she did a great job highlighting everything. I really enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend touring with Kendra.

We had a great experience thanks to kendra in the front office. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming during our move-in process. She answered all of our questions clearly, kept everything organized, and made what can usually be a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. Her communication and attention to detail really stood out, and we felt genuinely supported every step of the way. There is dog urine throughout the property, and the stairway and steps constantly smell. There is also dog feces left around the grounds and cigarette butts scattered everywhere. I have already notified the front office, but nothing has been done to address these concerns. Additionally, while the gym itself is nice, only one out of the four treadmills is currently working, and there are no paper towels available to wipe down the equipment after use. These issues need attention as they are affecting the cleanliness and overall living experience in the community.
