This is the worst place to live at. My son just moved in and it's been problems after problem. There is mold and mushrooms growing. When you shower the kitchen gets flooded and living room. They gave it the landlord special and painted over everything including mold and bugs. Maintenance never responds and when they do they don't fix anything. Dishwasher backs into the sink and black water comes up. It's sad to get into a lease and pay so much to not be able to live in a habitable environment. Shame on this place. Do your research before you move anywhere but stay clear from this place. Edit: I have screenshots of all the work orders that were put in. And I printed them out too and made copies along with videos and photos.
