Parc Place Apartments

I had scheduled an apartment showing a couple of weeks in advance, as I am traveling from out of state. I arrived for my appointment and the leasing agent said my appointment was never confirmed. I had spoken with several male leasing agents over the phone who were unprofessional and just told me to come in whenever I could. This particular agent never even gave me his name or introduced himself. He asked me what I was interested in viewing. He took me to look at two units, one was already under contract and no longer available to rent. The complex was filty! The pool was shut down and the water was brown. There was garbage floating in the vacant pool that he proceeded to tell me has been closed for a year. There were teenagers sitting on the steps near the units he showed me smoking weed.

Last year on June 14th 2024, my fiancé and i started our lease at parc place because we were in a bit of rush to move, and the rent seemed cheap enough to make it work... we were able to save a lot of money BUT i would never make thee mistake to rent at a place like this again. I am not sure if this is a first floor problem but the unit in building 5, 504, is INFESTED with German roaches. From night one, the infestation revealed itself to us. Quite literally by 8 pm, the unit wasn't ours, it belonged to the roaches lol. We could not be bothered to use the kitchen cabinets, every time we would open it there was always a roach. No amount of cleaning, or pest control is going to get rid of the amount of roaches in this building. Please do not make the same mistake as me, when i read reviews l

i lived in these apartments with my family for over 2 years we had to move out and went to another area of the apartments due to a "water issue" after we moved out and went to another we spotted a family moving in not even 1 month afterwards we still have constant roach problems no matter the cleaning and always ac problems.

I have just renewed my lease again. Thanks to Monique, Kevin, and Joel and the exceptional job that they have done and continue to do, I look forward to staying another year. The complex is now cleaner, a lot quieter, and safer. They have updated the laundry rooms, and we now have a beautiful pool area, gym, and soon new security and electronic gates. This team has made quite a difference here by bringing this complex up to a higher standard. They are very respectful and actually take the time to listen and address your concerns. It's a job well done! Im definitely looking forward to seeing what else they are planning.

I recently moved into the complex on December 16, 2022. It has been a great experience the leasing staff Joel and Kevin were helpfully. The rooms are a good size with beautiful flooring and good appliances. Maintenance is great they usually come the next day to work on orders. My only complaint is that the GYM, and Pool are under renovation. Hopefully its fixed soon. Great place to live and will most likely renew for the next couple of years. Update: It's been almost a year since I moved in. The gym and pool are open. The community is great It's quiet and peaceful. The leasing office is there to help with any issues and neighbors. They do their best to get everything fixed as soon as possible. I have renewed my lease and will probably stay for a few more years here.
