Parc at South Green

just ended my lease , this is the WORST place I have ever lived at PLEASE PLEASE stay away from renting here . They LOVE to shut down the water about 2/3 a month and say it’s because of the city/“repairs” like how many times does it need repairing ??? if you call the office they have no problem giving you attitude! (: and will purposefully ignore calls as well ! I had walk into the office and saw them scrolling on their phone rather than answering the phone ! so I definitely had to blow up on them ! any problems with maintenance?? yea that won’t get taken care of until they want to fix it ! I’ve submitted multiple requests and I’ve waited for 2 days for them to fix my issues !! pest issues ??? THEY WONT FIX IT no matter how many times I put in requests and tried to fix it myself THEY WOULD

This place is absolutely ridiculous. They created a new rule that every single visitor has to log their car into some useless website or it will be towed immediately. Even if you’re a resident with more than one car, it can get towed if it’s not registered as a “visitor.” It honestly feels like they’re just looking for reasons to tow people. I went to visit a friend and spent almost 30 minutes fighting with their awful website trying to register my car. Before I could even get it to work properly, my car was already being lifted onto a tow truck. They seriously expected me to hand over $200 on the spot just to drop it back down. That’s insane. The leasing staff was completely unreasonable and showed zero concern about what happened. No understanding, no flexibility just cold and dismissi

Stopped by and they have wood in parking spaces that the residents use if they can not afford to pay for covered parking. Parking spaces are limited but these expensive covered parking spaces are open. Because no one can afford to use them. Now remind you they have tow trucks come around faithfully to take people vehicles if they are parked in the covered parking without a permit. The fence has been broken for years…. This seems like retaliation for residents complaining.

I've been here for almost 3 years. I won't renew my lease again at this apartment complex. This past summer, we did not have hot water for almost a month. The ongoing water issue right now is water pressure, and management blames the city of Houston for the problem. They tell residents to contact the city of Houston instead of speaking to them. They won't send out any notice until after the issue is addressed. Lawn work was taken care of almost every single week before. Now they let the grass run wild. If you see photos of those nice community pools on their site, those are for decoration to lure new residents in. They won't let anybody use them. My apartment is nice and cheap. BUT, if you can live in a complex that doesn’t care about your car being broken into SEVERAL times and not only ONCE, and deal with a complex that shuts the water off several times a month then this is the place for you. I cannot wait until my lease is up. I’ve even had an incident where my home mat was move near my door. The front office doesn’t care about complaints and everyone in the office lacks empathy. They’ll greatly take your payment though!
