Parc at Broad River

This is our third lease signing & we love our resort style living! Maintenance staff is so amazing! They are on top of all problems, even calling to ensure we were safe when not knowing if our door issue was an internal or exterior door. The property manager, Kristen, is irreplaceable! She is so very friendly & personable! Have a true nuisance issue? Trust that she’ll take care of the problem, and fairly. I’ve only had one problem, but that one problem she handled like a boss! Cody & Ashlynn have been so wonderful & easy to communicate with when I have a question! The staff consistently holds fun activities & engages with the community, going out of their way to know their residents. Much love & laughter to the staff as they are what make apartment living home! We love ya!

The Parc has been nothing but kind and friendly staff here. The property is always maintained and clean. My son has lived here 3 years and his apartment is well maintained. If I moved from Michigan I would want to live here. Thank you for the many great memories here.

My Groundskeeper/Maintenance man William Reeves is Amazing. Had a few issues in our apartment and he fixed them promptly! Very happy with the service.
