update: 2/15 the corrected the fees on my account except the ongoing disputed pet related fees. They changed my account settings so that I can not pay rent without paying fees while they are in dispute/review. No body has even contacted me about the maintenance guy violating my privacy by showing my apartment to his girlfriend. The comments they put under these reviews are only for show. Update 2/6/26: maintenance was in my apartment without us today, he was on a video call with his girlfriend, at her request he showed her the inside of my home WOW!!! huge violation of my privacy. Absolutely can't wait to get out of here. The issues are never ending, I almost don't know where to begin. There are roaches everywhere and they don't perform preventative pest control. I have emailed and reported it over and over and two years later it's still an issue. Everything is broken. Always. The gates, the trash compactor, gym equipment, the car wash station. Not to mention the pool was closed the majority of last summer and I’m certain it will be the same this year. There is trash all over the complex and in every breezeway. It will stay there for months until you finally request someone come clean it up. They will send you a THOUSAND emails about various rules and guidelines but they enforce literally NOTHING. I wasn’t going to write a review about this place, but I feel like I need to. I would literally give no stars if I could. We fulfilled our 1 year lease at this property. In the time we lived there, our apartment flooded, it was filled with mold, the door fell off the hinges and hit my mom on the head (which was reported to management and they simply displayed their lack of concern), there was roaches, the A/C kept breaking - mind you we had a newborn baby and a small child. The apartment complex gave 0 cares about anything we complained about. Nice Apartment, Poor Management We have a one-bedroom apartment. The apartment itself is cozy and spacious, and we really like it. The scenery is average—it’s what it is. However, the amenities and management leave much to be desired. The pools are often crowded and dirty. We only went twice and felt forced to get in after already walking there. Maintenance does not notify you before entering your apartment—they just knock and come in. Repairs can take anywhere from 1–5 weeks, and it’s nearly impossible to get anyone to respond. The leasing staff, for the most part, are unhelpful and sometimes have poor attitudes. Overall, we expected much more from this property.
