Paras Homes built a custom home per our design on Spokane’s South Hill, completing the job in May 2024. We rate our experience with Paras a 10/10. The job was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. The quality of all aspects of the home was great. Paras has carefully vetted and used the same contractors for years. Apparently, these businesses are highly motivated to keep on Paras’ list, so they keep their quality high and prices reasonable. Meeting and working with all of them was pleasant and straightforward. Since we lived out of town, we were only able to see the house about once per month. The communication with Paras was great, and we had confidence that all the details would be worked out. We lost our home in the Gray Fire in Medical Lake in August of '23. George was willing to work with us, even within our tight budget, to help us build a new home on our land. We never intended to build a new home and were apprehensive about doing so and had really no idea where to begin. George, Mark, and Phil, did a great job communicating with us and guiding us through the process. They answered all of our questions and kept us abreast of the schedules. All of the contractors they employ - Huntwood Cabinets, Lightening Hardware and Revival Lighting, specifically, were an absolute joy to work with. We chose Paras Homes because we had been in many of the model homes and appreciated their attention to detail and high quality work. Our experience with Paras was first class! George, Mark and Phil were fabulous to work with, always available for questions and concerns throughout the process, and responded quickly. We especially appreciated being able to play with the architectural designs and come up with something unique to serve our needs. Our home is beautiful and exactly what we envisioned!
