Paramont Woods Apartments

I am a current resident at Paramont Woods living here since 2 years. It is one of the few places where you don't feel like a rented home and they treat you like a property owner itself. They have been prompt to fix leaks or bulbs. Also consistent check on fire alarm, fire extinguisher along with pest control or cleanup snow during winter. One of the quiet, neat surroundings in Patton's township located close to grocery stores. I will definitely recommend if you find a place here. I have only one request to the management to give discounts on renewal rates during each year to your trusted occupants.

I was contacting them for months on their website. Since back in October. with no response as a young professional. When I finally got a hold of them their rate was $100+ more than there website states. They don’t answer their website nor do they update it. I also contacted them on apartments.com. As a leasing professional this is unprofessional. They probably assumed I was an undergrad and ignored me because depending on if you are in school or not the do discriminate. If I could give 0 stars for the 0 service I received I would ABSOLUTELY do it.

Good place to live. Quiet and clean. Management is responsive to issues and quick to fix
