This company is the worst! I was planning to buy a house and they were the title company the owner chose and we gave them $2,500. The inspection came back and the roof was messed up and the owner decided not to fixed it and we stopped the process. This conpany refuses to give us our money back! They said they mailed a check alnost a month ago and we NEVER got it. I have USPS informed delivery and we see EVERY single mail that comes to our house. Now they want me to pay them $35 to come get the check from their office! OMG! I’m already going through it righ now and this company is not making it any better! My realtor even called them and they are not doing anything! What a terrible title company. DO NOT USE THEM‼️ They are retaliating because we did not go through with purchasing their clie
