I dont know how long she has been there, but there is a newer woman in the office who is absolutely fantastic. She is kind, polite, and lets me finish speaking. A big contrast from my previous experiences with the front office. Kudos!

Horrible all around! When we checked in we had issues with the not-so-friendly front desk lady (not naming). The owner (also at this time not naming) of Paradise Properties LLC was involved as we sent an email with our complaints. While checking in the front desk lady snatched the key back out of my husbands hands and told him we would have to pay a fee for something that legally we never should have had to pay. When we arrived at our unit, we always put dishes in the dishwasher and wash all bedding just as precautionary. We spray disinfectant as well as vacuum just Incase of anything on the carpets that we might step on and get hurt. Health wise you can never be too safe in today’s world. As my husband began to load the dishwasher he found two bowls that were covered in what looked to be

Poor customer service!! While staying in a condo that they manage we didn't have dependable WiFi. Rather than fixing the issue we were told that they did all they could do (which was to reset the router). They just were NOT WILLING to take the necessary steps fix the issue. Their solution for us? We were told that there are lots of places in Ocean City with WiFi, such as the library and coffee shops, and that we should go there! SERIOUSLY?????

It very sad to know that the managers, owners of this company does not display fair business practices. As a life long resident of OC from many generations, I am ashamed of how they conduct themselves with fellow businesses in the area and the way the treat many of the visitors who come to Ocean City.

Had a great experience at 10:30 at night I found myself locked out of my unit after they checked on all units Heating called them within 30 minutes they were there to open up I can't say enough about their quick response in 15 degree weather
