Worst for man in 2036 was push my friends pushing that had keys and fobs.. Today

Not friendly to people in service industry or small businesses. The one star is because I can’t give zero stars and for the door man, while gregarious and inconsistent with his promise to open the service area door, he did his job. Half of the time. I had to clean out a unit on the 6th floor as I own a junk removal business. From the moment I got there I was peppered with arbitrary “rules” by the door man and his assistant (?) a rude blonde haired lady wearing gogo boots who would grab him by the arm occasionally as if they were a couple strolling in the park on a romantic walk. The door man asked me to sign in and asked me which unit I was clearing out. To which I obliged and told him the unit number. His assistant aggressively asked me the same questions he just asked. I've lived here for 5 years and while it is an older building, the views are beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. The doormen are awesome! and everyone is very friendly. I'm not sure who write the comment about wall to wall carpeting, but I've found that most units are tiled and the lobby as well. They are quite spacious.

Residential building. Limited visitor parking with reserved spots all around. If you don't find a spot immediately in front there are spots that are open to either side of the reserved spots near and under the building. The security guards are all very nice and make you feel welcome to the building. There's also nice heated pool, grill area, and a view to the intercoastal. Great place to visit or live

Mold must be effecting the brains of people staying here. Lot of older gay acts going on. Very weird people want to play games with others bad mouthing people and rumors. Smile to your face and bad talk you when not looking type stuff. Best to keep interactions to a min while staying here.
