We loved Ocean Gem at Mauna Lani. Our visit was in early December 2025. The condo was just as the photos show, with great views from the living room and balcony and a nice kitchen for preparing breakfasts and a few dinners. We enjoyed the Beach Club multiple days, went to many of the beaches nearby Mauna Lani. The golf course is in excellent shape and quite challenging. One morning after breakfast I sat out on the balcony and within about 10 minutes spotted two whales just off the coast. That was one of the highlights of our stay. The staff at Paradise in Hawaii was very easy to reach and most helpful. I plan to use them again in future visits to the Big Island.

A Perfect Vacation Stay – Can’t Wait to Return! We had a terrific stay at this beautiful vacation home! With seven of us in the group, it was wonderful to have plenty of space—private bedrooms, comfy beds, and two suites. I especially appreciated the room with two beds, which was perfect for sharing with my granddaughter. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and a few home-cooked meals. The large dining table comfortably seated our whole group, which made mealtimes easy and enjoyable. We also took advantage of the extra amenities, including the bicycles and snorkeling gear—such a thoughtful bonus! The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. One of the highlights was the Hilton pass

Absolutely fantastic place! Our entire family had a blast. Location was perfect, local activities galore. Having access to the resort was so much fun. No need to bring snorkeling equipment, the house has a variety of equipment to include floating devices for little ones. (We donated a few beach supplies too!). Tons of beach towels to borrow, so skip packing those too. Kitchen is supplied with all the equipment needed to feed a large group. Wild goats will come for a visit every evening, much to the delight of our grandchildren. Just the easiest vacation destination we've had in a long time. Easy booking, easy access, pure heaven! The space was perfect for our large multi-family party of 10. Nicer in person than photos, lots of space; and well equipped. Best part is all the beach gear so you really can enjoy. Good proximity to stuff but not much is “close” on that part of the island. Foodland in 4m drive and eateries close. Zero complaints. Communication was fantastic and everything was perfectly organized. Great for longer stays. Highly recommend.
