HORRIBLE. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them to my worst enemy. Terrible customer service. TERRIBLE communication skills. You can never get anybody to answer the phone. We’ve been in our home for alittle over a year now and the house is falling apart. We’ve had roof leaks. Outlets leaking water. Siding was screwed up when they built the home. Cabinets not on correctly. Carpet messed up. Poor electrical work. Didn’t level the ground (pure laziness I will post pictures of what they tried to give us). It took them 19months to even get the house ready to be moved in. AC wouldn’t work due to laziness and then not taking plastic off of what they installed. Horrible. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Horrible workmanship. My grandmother purchased a brand new clayton Oxford home and had the following issues amd is getting the run around: 1) given the wrong keys and had to call a locksmith out. 2) Front screen door was cracked at the latch area. 3) Materials left behind. 4) Kitchen cabinet leaning crooked to the right 5) Back door inside framing strip not attached properly and is hanging off 6) Back storm door not hung correctly, gap at top 7) Back door not hung correctly can see outside at top and on right side 8) Back door dead bolt and lock not lining up correctly, cannot lock door 9) Front screen door hung on the wrong side. Kevin & his office staff were fanominal! They listened to all my concerns & answered all my questions. I could not have had a better experience with this company! So glad I was able to purchase my dream home from them!

By far the WORST experience of my entire life. Started our process in July of 2020, were told about a 45 day turn around and we purchased a lot model. We did not move in until March of 2021. Communication was absolutely terrible. I got smart and quickly kept all conversations in writing so I could hold them accountable for things. We were told our land would be leveled and back filled. We have been waiting over a year for ceiling fans to be installed, that were suppose to be done before move in and nothing but the run around. The pictures below are what my yard currently looks like with rain. Its absolutely horrible and they didn't do anything we were told they would. I will NEVER recommend them for business to ANYONE!

We started our journey with Paradise Homes in May 2022. We had a unique situation with already having land and a doublewide on it. We wanted the old one hauled and a new one to replace it. Mr. Hinton put at us ease right away; it was all possible! We found a model we loved on their lot. He put us in touch with a lender (they were great as well), he had the old home pulled and we were in our new home by October 2022. It would have been much sooner but demand for permits and the county's timing was the only hold up. Hinton has his own crews that handle all the steps. They are all personable, reliable and did a great job! Miss Debbie in the office was a major help and always informative. You definitely get a family feel from this company. We highly recommend Paradise Homes!!!
