Don’t recommend ever buying in this 3rd world dump. Don’t let realtors fool you in buying property that has constant elevator problems, theft of property from breaking in units and car thefts. Cameras don’t work. Constant massive flooding in a large portion of parking lot in a specific side with nonstop rain. This is 1 one of the worst old properties in Dadeland. Sewer & water pipe problems most of the time. Don’t lease from sketchy Jepe Acquisitions who owns most apts either they don’t invest in fixing. Greg and Lisa are the worst administrators, Greg should be fired and Lisa should work in maintance. Greg is a disgusting property manager. When one of the gas meters was leaking in the past, he preferred no one reporting the situation to utility authorities. He preferred fixing the problem

Worst place to live, stay away...garbage piles up every weekend nobody picks it up. They make you pay water bill when the water should be responsibility of the owner. If you have an electrodomestic or the ac brakes down, nobody shows right away to fix.....it makes you feel you are back in Cuba or a third world country....

I lived here for one year and it was easily the worst place I have ever lived. The place is disgustingly dirty--maintenance does nothing, and they can't enforce the association rules because half the people own the apartments, so there is no recourse. As stated in other posts, people do not clean up after their dogs, and let them off the leash and relieve themselves in the staircases and everywhere else. Staircases are filthy. Probably about half the people have pit bulls, and I saw them often off-leash, which seems dangerous. Pools are very small, and loaded with dog hair from people taking their dogs in the pools. The complex is very, very loud, with many people playing music (and shouting...and screaming) at all hours. It was unbelievable. The secretary in the office was extremely rude

This is the worst place I've ever lived, and, unfortunately am stuck here for a few more months. The worst part about this complex is probably the employees who work here, who are extremely rude. The place is very dirty, dogs (including pitbulls) are off-leash everywhere, and they lock the garbage after 4 pm so you can't throw away your trash in the evenings or on weekends. The office staff is very rude, and the maintenance staff does nothing. Garbage is everywhere, and last year they spray painted the parking lot instead of actually paving it. Some of the storm damage from the hurricane last year still hasn't been repaired. This place is a slum because the administration does not do its job. Every other complex in the area is much, much nicer, with much better staff. I'm not sure how thes

If you are an immigrant who suffers from nostalgia, and you really want to relive life in Cuba or another Latin American country, without basic services or hygiene and where impunity reigns and your complaints are ignored, then Paradise at Dadeland is the ideal place for you. The atmosphere is so similar to the third world that you will feel at home, with everything but comfort. My parents live in that condo, and right now they've been without gas for three days, which means they don't have hot water either, and no one offers them any apologies or explanations. It is literally "another day in paradise".
