Never do business with this realtor. i had such a bad experience with them. the owner manny pantiga did not disclose to me certain things about a property he was selling and i almost bought it. i paid for an inspection and got down to almost buying the property when he hit me with this unsavory terms from his seller he never disclosed from me up front. He asked for us to deliver our contract and he would forward to the seller attorney. He never sent over my contract then he proceeded to hold my $20000 hostage even though he personally derailed my deal with the seller. I had to go through my lawyer now to force him to give my my down payment on the house. I'm out of so much money in inspection and lawyer fees and my time because of these people and their horrible practices. trust me never d
