Having lived in Panorama for a couple years I can honestly say that moving to the area was one of the best things my family has ever done. The office staff has changed hands a couple of time. The new staff have been cordial and friendly any time I've had to deal with them, Chris Peña and the members whom I can't recall their names have been helpful as well and professional as well. The area is full of terrific and interesting people. The location is absolutely beautifulband close to an amazing community thats made us feel like we've always had a home here. The playgrounds always seem clean, safe and tended to. The maintenance crews have always been respectful and timely when submitting facility requests for issues. Certain drawbacks can be that landscaping can sometimes have quite a lot t

Panorama Apartments has so much potential. Snoqualmie is a beautiful, family-focused town, and the apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable. It truly should be a wonderful place for working-class families like ours to call home. Unfortunately, even though we’ve only lived here for two months, we’ve already experienced, and heard from long-time tenants, that the K building has had serious issues for years. One particular unit constantly disrupts the peace with loud stomping, screaming, and music at all hours. Families, including ours, have felt unsafe and harassed just walking in or out of the building. There has also been constant vandalism and property damage. It’s incredibly frustrating that between federal housing protections and the Snoqualmie Police falling short, these ongoi

I had a disappointing experience with the leasing process. I applied for a unit and I was told by the leasing agent that I could not view the unit I applied for because it “may not be ready.” However, when I drove by, the unit was clearly vacant. And when I applied it said I could move in next day. The agent claimed the tenant hadn’t moved out. And that was not true. The lack of transparency and professionalism was frustrating, especially given the time and effort required to complete the application. Clear and honest communication is important when people are making major housing decisions, and unfortunately that was missing here.

I have really enjoyed my time living here thus far! The staff is super helpful and friendly, the apartments are extremely nice and cozy, and the 24/7 gym is awesome! Chris and Samantha have especially been very supportive in helping my family to settle in and we have really appreciated their kindness. The property is really well located and very reasonably priced for such a nice area. I feel very blessed to call Panorama Apartments my home 😊

Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. They were inflexible about verifying tribal income, adding unnecessary work. The dog park was full of waste and the kids’ area was equally mushy. Trash disposal was uphill impractical for those at the bottom or with health issues. Parking was inconvenient and losing a spot was a risk. When my fiancée, who has dyslexia, needed help with a form, staff refused assistance and dismissed her disability. Instead, they told us to Google or use ChatGPT, with no templates provided. They also set a $100,000 income requirement, adding to the sense of inflexibility. Overall, inconsiderate and unhelpful. We would not recommend this property. Before all this, they had us drive an hour in person, claiming they'd help but all they did was give minim
