Roast and mice infestation. And they never cleared out the snow from our parking lot. People were literally stuck in for 2 weeks.

Shoutout to Nicole and Rodney for being amazing! They have helped me from day 1 all the way to the lease signing. Incredible communication, answers any questions and promises to get back in touch with you. Nicole has been very accommodating with my first rental as I wouldn’t have asked for it any other way. Thank you Nicole for helping me with my needs. 10/10

Ms. Nicole is a sweetheart from beginning. Very understanding, patience is top tier, overall very sweet and knowledgeable. Always asked if I understood or had any questions. I’m extremely pleased with this outcome especially since I was bounced around to different properties. Ms Nicole made everything I went through with it at the end. You are appreciated! UPDATE: Since my move in Ms. Nicole has been super attentive about everything. My thermostat went up and she jumped right on it. Ms. Claudia and Ms. Nicole have been soooo super sweet and helpful during this transition and I’m super appreciative of them! You guys rock!!!

Ms. Nicole has been a joy to work with! I heard good reviews about her from others and can confirm first hand that she takes pride in her responsibilities. My daughter took an immediate liking to Ms. Nicole and is eager to greet her, whenever we pass by. I feel so blessed to have a property manager that really cares and has shown support for her tenants since day one. We have direct access to her phone, if we have any issues. She checked in on us several hours after we first moved in to see how we were managing and responds quickly to texts and phone calls. She is visible on the grounds and surveys this community. She is always pleasant with us and goes the extra mile. When I received a package while away from home, she promptly called to see if I was aware of its arrival and generous

I’ve been a current resident at Pangea Oaks Apartments for over 6 years. While being there, there has been about 4-5 changes in management. However, for the last couple of years, my property manager, Ms. Nicole, has been very supportive and helpful. Being a college student, pursuing multiple degrees, in my scholastic career, she is a very hands on property manager when you need her. You are always able to reach her, whether calling the office or via email. She sends out weekly reminders of rules and regulations of the property and sometimes within the region as well. She does encourage that we also use our resources when we are able, and she is always more than happy to help her tenets on how to do so. Ms. Nicole is straightforward, trustworthy, and she follows policy and procedures, she a
