I've lived here several years and only realize how rediculous the experience was until I moved. I was locked out of my unit twice at night when the new leasing term started because they updated the locks without any notice. I signed a renew-transfer lease at that time. Even though I did not need to move, my lock was still updated and I have to get my fob updated also in the leasing office, which was closed long before I got back that day. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they just said that many other people had the same problem as if it was not a big deal. Communication with the staff was also a struggle. They hired a lot of interns who didn’t actually have the authority to help. Some full-time employees, like Tyler, only did the bare minimum to get by. I have switched units a few

My experience living at Paloma has been amazing so far! The staff- Tyler, Shea, Ryan, and Jaysa are very kind and helpful if you need anything. My favorite things about the building is the gym, the sky lounge, and its location close to everything else in University City. Highly recommend for any students looking for a quality apartment in the area!

JUST RUN, if you don’t want to be frozen in winter! When you set the AC at 86F, it was actually 60F indoor. And you were charged ~$100 for electricity. The place where the window opens and closes, the wall outlet, the gap between the window and the wall, everywhere you can image or not is leaking air.

I’ve been living here for over a year, and it’s been nice to see Paloma getting better over time. Maintenance has been timely, the staff is friendly, and there are more community events now, which really makes it feel like a community.
