The apartment manager Erin is excellent! From touring the units to the credit application, Erin kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. She was very welcoming, nice and sweet. Maintenance (Drew) is great! He had everything done in a fast timely manner. They are an awesome team! The apartments and the neighborhood are safe. I would definitely recommend Palo Alto Place :)

I was at Palo Alto Place for almost 2yrs. Neighbors were great! The property is clean and welcoming. The gym was a nice gym for being in an apartment complex. The manager Erin was awesome! She was always available when I needed her and did so many things for apartment community which I’m gonna miss! The only downfall it became to pricey for me. On that note I highly recommend living here if you can afford it! 👍🏼😊😊

Meh… lived here for just over 5 years. Drew, the maintenance guy is so nice and amazing! The new property manager, Krista, could use better communication/people skills. This place was so much nicer when I first moved in back in 2019. But it seems the newer tenants have trouble cleaning up after themselves and leave the trash/mail/pool areas messy for the groundskeeper to clean up. If you’re gonna move in here, get an upstairs unit or you’ll have to sweep your patio every time landscaping comes cause they just blow dirt and leaves all over the place. Don’t pay for a professional cleaner when you move out, cause they’ll still charge you for cleaning anyway… They’ll also charge you for carpet replacement even though they’re supposed to replace it anyway after someone has lived there for

So far so good, nice and clean apartment. Street is a bit noisy but quiet at nights. Erin (property manager) is amazing, responsive, and treat great, she understands a lot about client satisfaction. Maintenance is good/responsive to fee fixes.
