Palmview Cove Apartments

I have stayed with Apartment Complex for the past 2 years and it has been a fantastic experience. The area it is located around is great with easy access to multiple stores that are within walking distance, helping to save on gas. The complex itself is well kept, and the apartments themselves are well kept. Maintenance, when needed, is quick on their response of availability for fixes and the office staff have always been great to work with and will work with you as best as they can. If you are new to the area, this is a complex I’d definitely recommend. Great area and awesome staff. 👍

Tyler is awesome! Super pleasant and helpful! The application process didn’t even take 20 minutes and we were moved in within 24 hours! All the staff have been so kind and accommodating. I had just moved here from Maine and was extremely stressed out. I can’t thank the staff enough! It is a very clean, well kept complex with so many on sight amenities. I couldn’t be happier! THANK YOU TYLER!!!!!!!!!!

Tyler was absolutely wonderful to work with during my rental process at Palmview Cove. He was extremely efficient and handled everything quickly and smoothly. I can’t say enough good things about the office staff here, especially Lisa. She is truly down to earth, understanding, and always willing to help no matter the situation. Lisa does an amazing job managing the property and makes residents feel heard and supported, which is rare to find. You can tell she genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make things run smoothly. Tyler is also fantastic—very helpful, friendly, and outgoing every time you interact with him. He brings such a positive energy to the office and is always quick to assist. I also want to give a big shout-out to Antonio from maintenance. I currently live here, and have for about 3 weeks. and so far i love it. the energy is never bad, there’s many amenities for everyone. i’m so glad i found this place. and Tyler is the absolute best he made this whole process super easy and enjoyable. also very nice guy!
